These 2 Gadgets Just Changed the Way I Cook (Honestly my life)

I hope this week’s meal prep is going well and refreshing for you because it was for me. In fact, I am so excited. It’s so much easier than usual, and I just have to share this with you.

This week I had one of those “why didn’t you get this sooner?” moments. So, I had seen these two gadgets online for weeks but for some reasons I just didn’t get them. It’s not like they were expensive, I just don’t know why I hesitated.

The first is this Defrosting tray,

If you’ve ever walked into the kitchen to cook but then you realize you forgot to bring out the chicken and then it's rock-solid frozen you’re not alone, I’ve been there many times and I’m so glad I finally purchase this.

All you have to do is to place your meat or anything frozen in general and in no time, it will be completely defrosted. You don’t have to wait half the whole day anymore and it leaves no mess. Honestly, it saved me twice this week.

The second is this Electric Griddle,

This one was specially made for me because I love cooking multiple things at once to save time. I’m mostly busy with work so I like to hurry my meal prepping and this helped me so much this week. You’ll have everything cooked evenly at once. It’s nonstick, very easy to clean and has an oil drainage for removing excess oil.
